 We do not charge an application fee (though we do require that a deposit be submitted with your application).  Instead, we have you get a copy of your own credit report which you can do for much cheaper than we could obtain it (hence no application fee). 

If you have access to the Internet (which you obviously do if you are reading this) it is quick and easy to obtain your own credit report.  This is the same report that company's receive when you apply for credit.  You can obtain your own credit report for about $10.00 and if you subscribe to certain financial services you may even be able to get it for free.  Just be sure that you get the full credit report, not just the credit score or a summary.  These reports are often 10-20 pages long unless you are very young and have had little or no credit.

  1. Just go to one of the three large credit reporting services and have your credit card ready.  We recommend Equifax at http://www.equifax.com. 
  2. Order the standard consumer credit report. 
  3. Print the entire report (not just the summary).

Repeat these steps for each person whose income you want us to consider with the rental application.
