 The following language is taken from the lease for this property.

4. PETS:  Pets are permitted on the leased premises under the following terms and conditions:

  1. Fish may be kept in indoor aquariums without deposit or disclosure.
  2. Tenants shall disclose to LANDLORDS in writing the species, gender, and size of each pet (except fish) to be kept at the house upon application to lease.  Tenants shall obtain LANDLORDS' approval IN ADVANCE for additional pets to be obtained after the application is submitted.  If an approved pet becomes pregnant and bears offspring Tenants may keep the young on the premises for a period of six weeks after which permission must be obtained from LANDLORDS to keep the offspring further or the offspring must be removed.  LANDLORDS are unlikely to approve more than three pets or any number of pets totaling more than 120 lbs. in weight.
  3. No more than three birds shall be permitted and birds must remain caged at all times.
  4. Ferrets, skunks, primates, or raccoons are not permitted.
  5. If pets (other than fish) are kept on the leased premises Tenants shall pay a $100 non refundable fumigation fee with the first month's rent or when the first pet is approved.
  6. TENANT(S) agree to keep all pet droppings picked up from all areas of the yard on a daily basis.
  7. TENANT(S) agree to remove any pet that is unable to control its bodily functions to refrain from soiling the interior of the house.  TENANT(S) agree to promptly and thoroughly clean any pet waste from inside the house.  If a cat litter box is used it shall be kept outside the house or in the laundry room or a bathroom.  Any such litter box will be carefully attended to prevent a detectable aroma from entering the house.
  8. TENANT(S) agree to control any pets to ensure that they do not create a nuisance or danger in the neighborhood through either noise, running loose, or other acts. 
  9. TENANT(S) agree to maintain the fence and gates in sufficient repair to prevent their pets from escaping unsupervised.
  10. TENANT(S) hereby agrees that if found in violation that rents due hereunder may be raised at LANDLORDS' discretion.

Waterways Townhome Applicants Only (425 Dove Lane): The Association rules restrict each unit to one dog less than 30 lbs or one cat or two birds and strictly enforces rules on where pets may be walked.

Dangerous Dog Breeds: We do not accept the following dog breeds at the property:
  • Akitas
  • Alaskan Malamutes
  • Rottweilers
  • Shar Peis
  • Wolf Hybreds
  • Doberman Pinschers
  • Rhodesian Ridgebacks
  • Bull Mastiffs
  • Chow Chows
  • Presa Canarios
  • Pit Bulls
  • Boxers
  • Schipperkes
  • Siberian Huskies
